Turned horizontal (shown in the picture) means the gas source is turned on

The rest of the grill operation is pretty standard. If you need the manual, open the cabinet under the grill. On the cabinet wall, you’ll find detailed instructions on how to use the grill.

Turn off the gas source when you finish, please.
